Recorded live at Ant Monrad's zero-g facility on Bond street. Filmed and assembled from footage taken the previous day as well as times gone by. Life is a journey... dedicated to cosmonauts up there all alone in their space stations.
Paul Williams is one of those obscure cult artists whose talent is entirely overlooked by the public eye. He never repeats himself and each time is taken by surprise by the piece, incorporating movement of sounds that can appear as disharmonious and erratic.

A slideshow of Mount Ngauruhoe. Has a track from Tito De la Rosa, Peru. I ahd no means to sinc up the sound with the visuals but its still a stunning landscape to watch slibe by, with neat morphing effects.

THE OLDIES: MUSIC VIDEOS FROM FILMS
Below is a bunch of music videos made from feature films for a number of new zealand artists and bands that have probably never even seen them. Check them out!
It was a great practice and fun to learn about editing and how shots are put together. Took me about a week to do each one, mostly going back and forth selecting between scenes that feel right with the music. I have printed a small number of compilations to give away as presents and that was just about 6 months of learning. I hope putting this up here some 15 years down the road is OK with the bands.
Speaking of which, I am always looking for artists and bands to collaborate on music videos and creative projects in general - please do get in touch. Find me under Platon Malakhov on FB or email me xxx
